Data, purposes and legal grounds
Technical access logs: IP address, access time, requested resource, browser and error information are processed to ensure the security and continuity of the website and to prevent misuse, on the legal ground of legitimate interest, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (Law Art. 5/2-f). Records required by legislation are additionally kept under the relevant legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç).
Contact and request information: The name, surname, phone number, e-mail address, organisation details and correspondence you share are processed to assess and answer your product, training or service request. Art. 5/2-c applies to requests directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract; Art. 5/2-f applies to answering other questions, with due regard to your fundamental rights.
Laboratory support and billing information: The full name or company name, Turkish ID number (optional for individuals) or tax number, tax office, billing address, e-mail address, optional phone number, the support amount you choose and the reference code assigned to you in the laboratory support form are processed to create the support record, match the bank transfer (havale/EFT) with the record, issue and send the invoice, and handle related correspondence. This processing relies on the establishment and performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c) and on legal obligations arising from tax legislation (Art. 5/2-ç). To prevent misuse of the form, your connection (IP) address is kept in an irreversibly hashed form for no longer than one hour (Art. 5/2-f). The checkbox in the form confirms that you have read this notice; it is not a declaration of explicit consent.
Shop order information: The full name, e-mail address, phone number, delivery address, order contents, amount and payment status you provide when ordering are processed to receive the order, verify the payment, deliver the product by cargo, issue the invoice, handle withdrawals and returns, and for order correspondence, based on the establishment and performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c) and legal obligations under tax and consumer law (Art. 5/2-ç). Card payments are processed on the secure payment page of PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş.; your card details are not seen or stored by us. For fraud prevention your connection (IP) address is passed to the payment institution, and only an irreversibly hashed form of it is kept in the order record (Art. 5/2-f). The data needed for delivery are shared with our cargo company (Aras Kargo). Order records whose payment is not completed are deleted within 7 days.
Dispute and application records: Processed to answer applications, fulfil obligations and protect rights under Art. 5/2-ç and Art. 5/2-e.
Visit statistics: Masked IP address, approximate country/city derived from it, time of visit, pages and sections viewed, time spent on the page, types of links clicked, referring site, browser/device type and screen size are processed to improve the website and adapt content to visitor interest, without cookies and without creating profiles aimed at identifying individuals, on the legal ground of legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f). These records are kept only on our own server and are deleted automatically after 180 days.
Optional preference information: Remembering that you closed an announcement applies only following your choice in the cookie panel. You can change your explicit consent choice in the same panel. No unnecessary explicit consent is requested for mandatory session and privacy preference records.
